Refund Policy

At Aloha Creations of O'ahu LLC, doing business as O'ahu Surf Company, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Custom Orders: We specialize in creating custom designs and products tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they are non-refundable. We will work closely with you throughout the customization process to ensure that your input is incorporated at every step, including providing mockups for your approval before production begins. Once production commences on a custom order, refunds cannot be provided.

Damaged Items

Our products are printed on demand at the time of the order and made specifically for each customer.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can help make it right.

To report an issue with your order, contact us at alohacreationsofoahu@yahoo.com or visit our Contact Us page. Please include pictures of the damaged item so that we can clearly match the item to your order.  The picture should clearly show the damaged item as well as the shipping information on the packaging. 

We will notify you once we’ve received photographic evidence of the damaged item, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a replacement printed within 10 business days.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alohacreationsofoahu@yahoo.com.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Cancellations

Custom orders are tailored to your specific needs and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of these items, they cannot be cancelled once production has begun. We will work closely with you throughout the customization process to ensure that your input is incorporated at every step, including providing mockups for your approval before production begins. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges.
